Cinnamon Water (if you hate plain water)

Hi Guys

Thought I'd share.... If you get bored drinking your 4 litres of water and need some flavour to it.... steep a cinnamon stick in hot water and add to your container of water... it gives a slightly sweet spiced flavour to it.... plus it's said that cinnamon helps control insulin levels so its healthy all round.

I usually steep the cinnamon stick an leave it in the water all day... and the stick could be re-used for a few days.

I love the taste without the extra calories.

    Hmm. I don't know about the taste of cinnamon water....but I'm definitely going to try it :) thanks op.
