Adding Exercise

When I set up my profile I put in that I would be doing 2 days a week 30 min.each day. I know if I do more exercise above and beyond this I enter it in on that day. My question is, on the 2 days that I put in on my profile are they already included in the calorie per day info, or do I need to add these in. Sorry but I am a newbie just trying to get started. Thanks for you help.

    From what I've seen, they don't actually factor it into your calories until AFTER you log it as done. I think putting in the goals is more just to give yourself something to shoot for.

    You should enter all of your exercise, including the goal 2days 30mins on whatever day you do it as well as longing in any additional exercise done. As far as I can tell you dont see the exercise cals in the TOTAL cals allowed per day by MFP. Try changing your exercise goal to zero workouts...I believe your allowed cals will not change.
