    I'm from the UK.

    I've been on MFP a while, but let things slide... I'm back again now before I gain back half of what I lost before (or more). Today is a new day and a new start (for me), and while I won't be a "clean eater" I do intend to do my best to eat to MFP's calories.

    Happy to add anyone as a friend and to try and motivate others!
