The Murph Challenge is coming up quick! Is anyone else planning to participate? If you don't know what it is, here is a link: http://themurphchallenge.com/ You may be more familiar with the new movie; Lone Survivor.

There are 'hosts' all over the country. I will be taking part in the challenge on May 24 at Rock Star Boot Camp in Phoenix, AZ.
