Hello everyone!

Long time member, but awful dieter :) I tried MFP a few years ago and lasted for a few days. Self motivation was low and I gave up.

I signed up to Tesco Diets and lost 3 stone! Sadly, I got complacent and 2 of them gradually crept back on. :(

After struggling with Tesco for 6 months, I have decided to ditch them and try a new approach. Self portion control, recording my activities and a new social group. So here I am! And after a few weeks I've already lost a fair bit, although I have a long way to go :)

I work nights and have little sleep, thanks to my two boys, so I have found it easy to slip into poor habits. However, I'm determined, and driven by my current success, to drop this spare tyre and a couple of chins.
