Looking to boost our exercise with exercise bikes

Has anyone used either of these bikes:

and

http://www.argos.co.uk/static/Product/partNumber/9102648.htm

Looking for portability as it will be stored after every use in a wall cupboard. Our weights vary greatly with me at 105kg and partner at 140kg.

Currently exercising well with walks (for me and calorie diet) and multiple exercises for partner.

Any thoughts on these two? Which is better?

Thanks!

Both have a maximum weight threshold of 100Kg...

Notwithstanding that the best bike depends on how you anticipate using it. Those won't give a significant resistance, so I suspect you could quite quickly outgrow them.

I've got one like the first one. I got it just after Xmas this year, when I decided to stop being a bone idle couch potato. It was good at the beginning, but I've pretty much outgrown it already because the maximum resistance is so low.

It might be worth it if there are two of you wanting to use it. It folds up small, which is good. (I live in a flat) Just don't expect it to be the one you get and keep forever, if you see what I mean.
    Hope that helps.

Well i live in a small place so like you space saving is very important. I appreciate it says 100kg but they usually withstand much more, and i also appreciate i may not see too much use from it, though i assume my partner will. if it lasted up to a year id be more than happy
