I have been eating 1900 calories a day and i still feel a little light headed throughout the day.
I eat plenty of dietary fats and protein. Should i up my calories?
I workout 5 days a week for 2 hours. my TDEE is 2389 i got that from scooby workshop
I lift for 2 hours m-w-f then i do cardio for 2 hours t-th
I was going for the 20% method but was scared to eat 2100 calories.

I would think about seeing your doctor. There might be something else going on not related to how much you're eating.0

I agree, doctor time. That's not a low calorie diet...sounds like something else could be going on.0

Wait, are your eating that many calories or netting that many calories? There's a big difference. You're doing some pretty high intensity exercise and if you're not eating back those calories (or at least some of them) then of course you're dizzy.0

Don't rely on an unreliable source for medical issues.
