Is 10:30 too early for lunch?

I have to wake up at 6, and eat breakfast at 6:30ish every morning. My lunch break is at 10:30 and I'm usually pretty hungry, but is this a bad schedule to follow? I have a snack at around 2, and dinner around 6:30-7 and maybe a little snack after!

    If it works for you then it's not too early. For me personally it would be, but our schedules are very different.

    I have been told by my trainer to eat every 2.5 - 3 hours - so if you follow that, then your lunch is too late... it should be around 9:30 am

    Does not matter when you eat as long as you stay at a deficit.

    What a load of rubbish, how often you eat is irrelevant, all that matters is eating under your calories, if you get that in one meal or 6, your body will still work the same.
