Diet Help

Currently doing 1500 Cals a day, with the %40 Protein, %30 Fat and %30 Carb ratio.
At the end of the day, i'm always off by atleast 300 or more calories (this is w/o calories being burned off from excerise)
and lately been going over on my Fat and Suger intake. Any suggestions as what I need to be eating to reach 1500 a day, but WITHOUT going over my Fat and Sugar intake...

    An open diary would help.

Sounds like you need to eat more protein, if your fat is going over but you're short in total. Protein shake perhaps ?

As above stated - sounds like you may need more protein.

The way that MFP calculates calories aren't as correct, keep in mind that 1g of Fat = 9 calories and 1g of Carbs/Protein = 4 calories.

An open diary would also help as well.

More lean protein, more fresh veggies? For protein avoid processed meat/cheese if you're having a sodium issue.

I just want to know examples of Foods that I can eat daily as meals, that are High in protein but Low in Fat and Sugar.
I hardly ever go over my carbs.
