is it realistic?

Hello all! I have never posted on here before but thought I would give it a try. I'm looking to lose about 15 to 20 more pounds by September for a wedding I am in. I have lost about 15 already in a little over a month by doing a low carb diet. ( I have pcos and find eating low carb really makes me feel better) I had two kids in basically 2 years and now that we are done having kids I want to focus on being healthy for them and myself. I haven't been able to be super active but planning on starting to get exercise in asap. So I guess my question is....is it unrealistic to try to lose 15 to 20 lbs by Sept? I don't want to set myself up for disappointment. Any advise would be great! Thanks!

Absolutely. That would be just over a pound a week.0

very realistic. I'm a bridesmaid in a wedding in September, I have a similar goal. Just keep at it, log every single day and I'm sure you'll do just fine. Four months has just over 16 weeks, a pound a week and you're golden0

Thanks! Nice to know someone has the same goal! Good luck!0
