Hi ! I am a 38 yo female. I have been overwieght my entire life, I really would like to know some of the key foods to avoid, I am 380 ish pounds and have been logging MFP but it told me my intake should be 2290, can that be wrong? it seems like I am eating the same amount as before? I have been making healthier choices but by nightfall the dang snack attack kicks in and then my day of hard work gets completely erradicated! My main weaknesses are chocolate, and Ice cream, and comfort foods (creamy and savory stuff) Thanks in advance folks.
