1 scoop chocolate protein powder
1 tbs greek yogurt
2 tbs peanut butter

I'm an autumn lover and would cover the world in pumpkin spice if I could...so I drink this one year round.
-banana
-cantaloupe chunks
-apple chunks
-big spoonful of organic pumpkin puree
-almond milk
and cinnamon to taste
After it's blended I re-blend it with a few ice cubes and it tastes like a pumpkin spice frappucino!0 -

I eat this just about every morning and LOVE the way I feel afterwards. You don't even have to add the extra 1/2 cup of frozen fruit, I just love the taste of all the favors.
