New here, needing friends for motivation

Hello all. I recently downloaded this app after signing up for a gym membership. I have been working out 3 times a week for the past month and a half. I would like to have friends on here for support and motivation. And I can do the same for you. Please add me, I will accept all :)

    Well done and showing great commitment.

    Sounds similar to me. I did same thing in October when I quit smoking and still hit-the-gym 3 times per week.

    That's a great start. I was exercising too before I found MFP. Now with them both, things are going good.
