Husband's Chicken Chorizo Paella

Paul’s Chicken and Chorizo Paella :
What we used:

Chorizo sausage - 200 kg - 900 K cal (I know !) Use less for bit of the taste and less sodium
Chicken Fillet - 250 kg - 300 K cal
Large Green pepper - 33 K cal
Large Red pepper -43 K cal
Spring Onion - 100 g - 32 K cal
Stock gel - 60 K cal (can use own though) dissolved in 650 ml of water
Rissotto Rice - 200 g - 439 K cal
Six cherry tomatoes small 24 K cal
Smokey Paprika (to heat up add chilli powder or the real thing!)
Onion seeds
Tumeric
Garlic
Black Pepper

Total: 1823 K Cal - divided into six portions and freeze what you don't use.

Put sliced Chorizo into pan
Add chicken and vegetables
Add spices/herbs
Add rice and pour water with stock over the ingredients in the pan
Leave to simmer for ten minutes check and stir
Leave for further ten minutes –rice should have swollen and absorbed most of the water.

Serve into six portions. 304 K cal per portion. To cool down serve with dollop of natural yoghurt.
To cut down on sodium use less chorizo.
