I need help!

Hello! I am 20 years old and recently my boyfriend and best friend convinced me to start working out. I do not look like my weight (as in I have no rolls or anything) and I come from a family of line backers and weight lifters so I am pretty meaty but I still need to loose 80 pounds to be healthy or in a healthy range.
So I have recently been taking walks around my neighborhood and I started my walks at 35 minutes and today I did 45 (I started this five days ago and have walked everyday).
Bacially what I am trying to say is that I have bought Dr. Scholls (or however you spell it) insoles (sport for women) and my feet burn! Like after five minutes they are burning, and it's a painful burn. I stand at work for 8+ hours a day and they never burn, but walking has been hurting them so badly. I did that Walmart Dr. Scholls test and it says that I walk on my heals.
Am I doing something wrong? My legs and arms and body don't even hurt after working out, its just my feet that feel it.

Have you tried walking without the insoles? I know if you go to a running store they can give some pretty expert advice on shoes and on your feet and insteps. I would probably give that a go before you end up giving yourself an injury. Hope this helps0

you've told us about the inserts, but what about the actual shoe? and socks, while we're at it. you could be walking 3 miles barefoot in penny loafers, for all i know0
