I made my goal of walking 25 miles .. Week 11
.. Week 01 = 14 miles walked from 01-03 to 01-09
.. Week 02 = 15 miles walked from 01-10 to 01-16
.. Week 03 = 15 miles walked from 01-17 to 01-23
.. Week 04 = 17 miles walked from 01-24 to 01-30
.. Week 05 = 18 miles walked from 01-31 to 02-06
.. Week 06 = 19 miles walked from 02-07 to 02-13
.. Week 07 = 20 miles walked from 02-14 to 02-20
.. Week 08 = 21 miles walked from 02-21 to 02-27

06-08-14 = Fell & sprained my ankle, legs black & blue & swollen.
Week 24 = 07 miles walked from 06-13 to 06-19. Still hurt
Week 25 = 10 miles walked from 06-20 to 06-26. Still hurt
Week 26 = 14 miles walked from 06-27 to 07-03. Still hurt
Week 27 = 14 miles walked from 07-04 to 07-10 Still hurt
Week 28 =.20 miles walked from 07-11 to 07-17 still have knot on my leg
Week 29 = 21 miles walked from 07-18 to 07-24. I think I chipped bones
Week 30 = 21 miles walked from 07-25 to 07-31 plus 8 hrs pool exercise
Week 31 = 20 miles walked from 08-01 to 08-07 + 9.5 hrs pool exercise
Week 32 = 18.5 miles walked from 08-08 to 08-14 + 5.5 hrs pool exercise
Week 33 = 17.0 miles walked from 08-15 to 08-21 + 10.5 hrs pool exercise
Went to ER I have kidney stones & renal-colic
