I do not heart lactic acid

My quads feel like someone replaced them with bags of water...horribly heavy, painful bags of water. Did a two mile run/walk (just starting back up) outdoors.
Give me a reason to go out and do it again today.

The decision to do it today or tomorrow needs to factor in if you've adequately recovered from last time. If yes, embrace the suck again.0

Well it ain't because of lactic acid. Cardio doesn't help to produce it unless it's something like sprinting.

DOMS is not cause d by lactic acid anyway... it's micro tears in the muscle fiber.0

Go out! Your body will start feeling better as the endorphins kick in.0

Reason: The more running, the better shape you're in, the less tearing, the more betterer.
Reason: Building the sexy.
Reason: Because that's the plan for today.0 -
Active recovery is waaayyyyy better than sitting around and stewing in your soreness. Go for a walk today, stretch out those muscles. It'll help.0
