Im soooo dizzy!

Hi all- I signed up on here a little over a month ago - Im trying to stay at 1360 cals - was probably most days consuming twice that many calories- who knew food had so many calories!! Gahh!!

Anyway- Im very dizzy for 2 days now- I've mostly cut back on sugar but only watching the calories mainly- any suggestions - I have lost about 7 lbs already- cut out a lot of soda intake- but not feeling good at all :(

    I was feeling the same last week and realized I don't think I was eating enough. So I had one day where I went over calories by about 250 and felt so much better since (just one day!). Then I re-evaluated my calories and decided I would probably be better off in the long run if I upped my calories to 1400-1500 and it made a huge difference to my energy, etc.

    You aren't eating enough then, blood sugar is probably very low which would account for the dizziness.
