FitBit: Warning for shorter women

Options
Just noticed something with FitBit's dashboard and "food plan" function which warrants sharing. The application is great, however, it has one major flaw for those on the smaller weight/height end. While MFP does not suggest calorie goals of under 1200 calories for any user, FitBit will.

Just a heads up to be careful with FitBit's diet plan. While it does give you 2lbs, 1.5lbs, 1lbs, and 0.5lbs as weekly options, they aren't necessarily realistic or healthy. While I don't know a lot about dieting and macros and such, I do know that 900 calories a day is not something one should strive for. So, even though it suggests the four plans, don't pick the ones that net incredibly low.

(I'm sticking with MFP's 1200 calories as a minimum with eating back exercise calories.)
