Just want introduce myself.

I’m a self-confessed lazy bones and normally cannot be bothered to do anything. But things need to change as I am 34 this year and I am starting to feel old. I hate the feeling of walking a set of stairs and feeling generally out of breath.

I am looking to start Focus T25 on Monday and already dreading it. I do shift work, four on four off, with a mixture of 12hr days and nights. Days I will be up at 4am to do the work out and when I am on nights I will do my work out either at the end of my shift at 7am or before I leave at 4pm.

My goal is to drop from 16st down to 12st and make my body look more defined rather than a pot belly with stringy arms. :happy:
