so It's been about a week since I lost the two pounds I should be losing.
I weighed myself today thinking another two should have come off when almost nothing has happened! I weight myself around 2 Pm - 3 pm (After Breakfast and Lunch) then I go off to my daily walk.

I haven't really changed anything in my diet it has been basically the same for a few weeks now!

From what I understand, no loss after one week is not a big deal at all. You could be retaining water, maybe you ate a big lunch. Sometimes our weight remains the same for weeks at a time while we lose inches. Give it some time, you will see some results soon.

Also a thought - weigh first thing in the morning after using the bathroom. You will be your lightest then.

Your weight can fluctuate up to 5lbs a day. Morning is when your weight is most accurate, especially after a good *kitten*. When you weigh in so late, it could be influenced by anything from how heavy your food was to how much water you're retaining, etc. You may have lost, but it isn't showing just yet.

I took a look at your food diary. Why aren't you eating the recommended calories for the day? You are eating way less. Unless you are not logging everything, you should be losing as you are at a drastic decrease. But yes, water retention can make a big difference. I weigh myself every Saturday morning right when I get up. You really should increase your calories to the recommended number so that you can stick with the plan.

Edited to add - no one should eat less than 1,000 calories a day. Are you measuring/weighing your food? Or guestimating?

If it's possible, try weighing yourself in the morning before you eat or drink anything. Do it everyday for a week. It should give you a better reading.
If you are not losing weight, then it's because you are not logging correctly, or you need to eat fewer calories. Nobody wants to hear it, but it's a fact.

    I'm normally eating around 1100-1300 a day.
Ive also never been a really heavy eater, I get full really quickly specially lately but I try.

Your profile says you are an 18 year old male. Based on that alone, you should be eating quite a bit more than 1100-1300 calories per day. (Unless you're about 5 feet tall) For goodness' sake, man, eat!

Anyway, I'm guessing the reason you aren't seeing weight loss is because you are weighing in the middle of the day. That isn't good because there can be differing amounts of food and water in your body by that time. The best time to weigh is first thing in the morning. If you are logging correctly and truly eating that little, there will be weight loss. I haven't looked at your diary, but are you weighing or at least measuring your food?

Maybe I'll try and find myself some snack foods like peanuts and such.
Thank you for the help I will try first thing in the morning tomorrow Ive been scared that I'm gaining weight.

One more thing: I see that you've just joined, so I'm assuming you're just starting out. Patience is very important in losing weight. We always want it to fall off quickly, but it just won't happen. Weight loss is not usually linear. It's more like a squiggly line. But as long as you are experiencing a downward trend, you're good.

Okay, here's the deal. You are not on a diet anymore, your on a journey. Skip the gimmiks and buy into MFP and commit to it. Put in your stats and let MFP calculate your BMR so you can start eating the required calories for a slight deficit. You are way low and it looks like you are not logging very well. You need to add exercise to help burn and get your metabolism up. You will need to eat back those burned calories too. Starving will only slow down you and your weight loss. Eat lots of snacks like tree nuts to keep your body burning calories. Its a slow journey but well worth the effort. You need to think lifestyle change and not diet from now on. You can do this!
