How do you get past a weight loss plateau?

I started on MFP a little over 2 years ago. The weight came off but now it's been at a stand still. I am determined not to give up but after so long of no weight loss, I'm frustrated. I feel like I'm just maintaining my current weight. Any suggestions or anyone else going through this or went through this? Thanks

How tall are you? How much do you weigh? How many calories do you eat a day? How diligent are you about your tracking?0

What I have done in the past to get past a plateau is to eat well for a week... log in the food but don't worry too much about the calories.. as long as you eat healthy... don't go pig out or anything.... after the week then get back on your diet.. walk 30 minutes longer then normal.. start over...
Another thing you can do while on your mini diet vacation is to prepare for you diet.... Look at what you did when you lost the most... and repeat... buy a shirt or pants that are too small... put a goal up where you can see it...
