Hello everyone,
I am new to my fitnesspal and I LOVE it so far. I have tried other diets and have had successes and failures. It has been 8 years since I was truly successful. I hope that by using my IPhone and computer I will be able keep up with my calorie counting. I love how every food I have even thought of putting into the program is there. I am not just looking at calories, but I am also looking at my nutritional intake and trying to control my sodium. I look forward to any and all support from this site.
