Wanting to lose 61 pounds

Okay so i'm not new to weight loss but I am in a place where I dont wanna be. 2 years ago I was at like 230 pounds and dropped to 203 with diet and exercise. my long term goal is 190 pounds. I just want to get a little help with my diet. I was 267 pounds a few months ago I just dropped down to 251 with diet and exercise. I just need help with learning if my Diet is good. I could use some advice on some stuff to add in niche spots. currently I eat lots of chicken boneless skinless breast, green beans, apples, bananas, drink mostly water some green tea and every once in a while cereal rice chex skim milk and maybe some 35 calories a slice bread with peanut butter. my calorie intake for an average day is about 1000-1600. I know 1000 is to low but sometimes I just dont feel hungry so i dont push the issue. A big thing for me is im extremely picky so this is kinda weird but i eat the same thing every day. I will have cheat days every once in a while where I will eat bad stuff and drink a little but nothing crazy. I guess im just wondering about how many calories I should eat everyday especially since i dont really have hunger issues.
