I love Quinoa. However I used to put soy sauce on it, then tried Braggs and also Teriyaki sauce. I loved it all. However the sodium in it is killing me. Any Suggestions for a replacement with lower sodium?

Sodium isn't an issue unless one has high BP or hypertension.

coconut aminos is a great substitute but can be quite costly at $7 for a tiny bottle. I usually just use gluten free reduced sodium tamari (san-j) for only $2-4 a bottle.

you could try low sodium soy sauce but then again it still has a lot of salt but the loweat ones that taste decent are yamasa less sodium and kikkoman low sodium, i think there was one called shirakiku??? sometihng like that, it was very very low salt but tasted awful !!!, you could always use herbs and spices such as ginger, sesame oil, garlic, coriander, black pepper to add flavour without the salt
