New and eager to get started!

Hi I am 19 and I just had a son September 11th, I had to get a c section so I am just going to be able to start working out next week! I am super excited to get back to my old body and hopefully even better! So if any of you moms out there have any tips for me on working out after a c section I would love to hear them :)

    Congratualtions on the birth of your son - I have a 7 year old son and a 2 year old daughter.
