Does anyone have the biggest loser meal plan? I want to do what they do on the show because it works!

I know its some ultra low calorie diet, but their under 24 hour supervision by doctors and professionals. Its unrealistic to try and achieve more than 2 pounds a week weight loss for any normal person with a job and other things going on in your life. If you were taken to a ranch with personal trainers and you were forced to exercise for 4 hours plus a day and on those diets and were extremely obese in the first place (24st+) you'd probably lose 10 pound a week like those guys. Not smart or safe for a normal person thinking of going on a diet at home.0
