Hi have been doing mfp for almost a year now and have lost approx 21lb. i seem to have great motivation at the beginning of the week but as soon as I'm on early shifts I'm so tired in the evening that I don't end up working out. In already have a fantastic support group on here just looking for some new friends to inspire me with new workouts recipes and the general support :)
