I'm Back for good!! (And starting a new Challenge)

Alright!! So the crazy couple of weeks i've had are over (for now) and I'm back on track! I've put 4 lbs back on... :mad: But it'll come right back off!!!

I'm going for an hour of cardio tonight.
Body Flow and an hour of cardio tomorrow
I'm going to try for an hour and 30 minutes of cardio Wednesday
Body Flow and an hour of cardio Thursday
Friday is my off day
and we're back to an hour and 30 minutes of cardio Saturday and Sunday.

I'm pumped!

I need a challenge name! Anyone have any ideas?

Start Date: 05/05/2008
End Date: 07/01/2008
Starting Weight: 185 lbs
Goal weight (For Challenge): 170 lbs
MEASURMENTS:
I measure in several places on my core because that's my main concern, so don't be surprised by that. teehee.
Calf: 16.5"
Thigh: 24"
Hips: 39"
Pouch Area: 41.25"
Belly Button: 39.5"
Upper Waist: 33.5"
Upper Arm: 13.5"

We'll weigh in every other Monday (if you weigh in on any other day just post your last weigh in weight on here).
We'll also post our measurments every 4th Monday (Every other weigh-in). (Hooray!)

I'll start a post every morning titled "__________ Challenge 5/5" (Or whatever the date is) and we can talk about our plans for the day, how we're feeling, ask questions, and just support each other! :flowerforyou:

Anyone can join any time!
