how to get motivated?

I started MFP in January and had a lot of success. I had some health realted issues about late April and wsant able to continue my weight loss crusade at that time. I am back now, health is good and Im ready to get back the success I had before and then some.
My problem is that I am not motivated to exercise. Dont get me wrong I am exercising. I am walking and jogging) but that is it. I dont want to go to the gym, lift weights, do the JM Shred or anything that I enjoyed before. I can get myself into the right midset to do that.
Ive been back 3 weeks and Ive lost 6 pounds so Im losing - I just know that I need to do these other things (weights especially) in order for this weight loss to work.
Any advice?
