Hello! Low carb for me would be 20g or lower. I am carb sensitive. I have been watching my carbs more in the last 5 days. MFP has helped me to see what percentages I have been eating. 75/20/5 = fats/protein/carb. I'm actually researching Nutritional Ketosis. If you have time, look up "the Basic Keto Diet". Good information.0

I don't do low carb, but I do high protein. I try to have 30 grams per meal. That said, my carbs are usually more than my protein, but my sugar is really low. This set up generally keeps me satisfied!0

Carbs affect everyone differently, you need to do a bit of experimenting to see what works best for you.
I'd say under 50g a day was low, I aim for 100-150.0 -

There's nothing wrong with low corn. If you don't like corn then don't eat corn.0
