Hey guys,

I heard that there's a limit on how much fat you can eat per day. Is it because it makes you fat or something? Anyway, i forgot the amount, is it like 0.35 per kg of bodyweight? Thanks before

I believe it more or less depends on your diet. If you are doing LCHF (low carb) then you will need a high fat income. If you are doing low fat high carb, then invert that rule.

Too much fat regardless will just be stored as well...fat lol

Personally I am doing a low carb diet and my numbers are 97g of fat and 22g of carbs. I'm trying to stick to 65% fat, 25% protein, 10% carbs.

Fat doesn't make you fat. Consuming more calories than your body needs makes you fat. You can get fat eating too much protein or carbs or anything else. As to how much you can eat that may relate to your personal goals. The general recommendations are around 25 -35% of your diet but depending on your personal fitness goals that may be different,
