Sodium?

Do moat people measure the sodium if seasoning your food? I guess I should try weighing a pinch of salt and start including it in my intake to see how much sodium I'm really eating? I eat no processed foods so I don't have anything that would be on the nutrition label. I have a feeling that I'm eating a ton of sat, although restaurant food always tastes much saltier than my homemade meals.

You can measure and track on MFP. When I started cooking for myself, I didn't get enough salt until I started adding it. But to be honest, my blood pressure runs low normal, so I just eyeball it instead of measuring it.0
