Still no luck

I went on a new diet (low fat and low carbs) about 2 weeks ago. My daily caloric intake was 1700 calories. After the first week I was down to 193.5 from 195. However, this week, I am back to 195. My caloric intake has not changed, nor has my exercise routine. I do 3 days of 90 minutes of hot yoga (vinyasa flow) and the rest of the week I do a combination of running 2 miles and weight training. Does anybody know what I could possibly be doing wrong?

You're a 25 yo male with only 19 lbs to lose. The body can fluctuate 5+/- lbs a day.

If that's your BMR you should be eating above it. Read the links I posted, figure out your TDEE-% and go from there.
Do you do any strength training?0 -
The problem is you're impatient. You didn't gain that weight in two weeks and it's not going to come off in two weeks either.
Give it 3 months at least.0
