Hitting a wall

So, I lost 40 lbs since Dec, 2013. Thanks MFP for helping me stay on track. I have about 15 lbs more to go, but it seems like I cannot lose more weight even though I am religiously under my calorie goal. I've been at the same weight now for over 4 weeks. What to do? Anyone else run into a wall like this? Need support.

If you have 75+ lbs to lose 2 lbs/week is ideal
If you have 40-75 lbs to lose 1.5 lbs/week is ideal
If you have 25-40 lbs to lose 1 lbs/week is ideal
If you have 15 -25 lbs to lose 0.5 to 1.0 lbs/week is ideal
If you have less than 15 lbs to lose 0.5 lbs/week is ideal0 -
I found the closer you are to your goal weight, the more your body will resist, and the smaller your deficit should be. Have you had any sort of diet break? Try eating at maintenance calories for a week to replenish your glycogen (you WILL gain water weight with this - think about what happens when you over indulge at Christmas time)), and then recalculate your deficit to get things moving again.0
