Ugh

I really need some friends to get through this. Most of the people I know don't need or don't want to lose weight. Most don't care about being healthy so it makes it very difficult for me to stay motivated. I used to be a very healthy eater, but never lost weight. I enjoy working out, but have gotten out of the habit. I just started the couch to 5k and it's gonna kick my but. I find counting calories difficult, but something I need to do, so I've started out very slow with that. I have about 80 lbs I need to lose. Anywho.....If you wanna be my friend, add me please.
