Homemade Ice Cream 150kcals per batch

Have just treated myself to a little ice cream maker off eBay. Batch number one is currently sitting in the freezer. It is slightly granita-like, but very yummy. Whole lot (about a litre) is only 150kcals, and I am going to add blitzed banana and honey to the next batch.

Ingredients:
1 litre unsweetened almond milk
1 egg white
1/2 teaspoon xanthan gum (or cornflour or guar gum)
Sweetener of choice to taste (eg Stevia)
Few drops of Vanilla extract

Whisk egg white to soft peaks
Add a little water to the xanthan gum or whatever you are using, and mix to a smooth paste
Fold the sweetener into the egg
Stir in the almond milk and vanilla extract

Pop it in your ice cream machine, and let it do its thing. Alternatively, pop in freezer, but stir it every 1/2 hour or so until solid.

Does anyone else have any homemade ice cream or sorbet recipes they recommend?

I just use my yonanas machine sometimes i just do strawberrys and pineapple without the bannana for more of a sorbet. Mango is good too. The bannana gives it a creamier texture but adds more calories.
