Need good tips and recipes to start!

Hi Everyone!
So I started this a couple of months ago and I haven't really been taking it seriously as I would like. So here I am ready to begin! I was just wondering what tips you may have as to what certain foods that you eat and the ones you avoid so that I can lose my goal of 40-50 pounds? I am so exciting to start and I am looking forward to hearing some feedback from you!

    Subscribe to Cooking Light! They have awesome recipes. Everytime I make something from there my family loves it!

    No Sodas and no Sweet Tea. Drink water instead.
