You answered your own question... what you're doing isn't healthy, your meatbolism could have slowed due to the lack of proper nutrition/substance. You could go several ways - 1 ensure you're actually eating at a calorie deficit still - maybe you're logging wrong/over estimating excercise. 2. go more unhealthy and eat less further depleting your body of essential nutriton and slowing your metabolism more which will eventually lead to another plateau. 3. increase by 200 calories, gain 5 lbs in a week or 2, see it drop off again in a month or so when your body adjusts to getting better nutrtion.
Personally, I would say 3 is your best option. Add in some strength training and get yourself up to at least 1500 calories and see what happens after 2 months (take 3 weeks to get to the 1500).
Just my opinion. didnt read your diary.0 -
You might consider weighing/measuring and entering your food into your diary. (I couldn't see any entries on your site) What you think you're eating and exercising may not be the case.
Consider an appointment with your school or public health nutritionist or dietician. You could likely get an appointment much sooner.

Yeah its unhealthy
yeah im ruining my body,
heard it all
dont wana hear it now
not what im here for
Then please, why are you here? And do you honestly want a dietitian or a nutritionist (medically qualified people who likely will tell you what you don't want to hear), or are you looking for some silly people to encourage you to keep doing what you already know is wrong?
You can change your life for the better, or you can keep going the same direction you're going. First you have to get over this insane you've 'heard it all, dont wana hear it now not what im here for' attitude.

Well... what are you here for? I am a PT and Nutritionist, and I run my own company doing online training and nutrition programs... but I would tell my clients right off the bat that 1200 calories is not enough for 99.9% of people.0
