Hi
Can someone tell me how the settings for protein, carbs and fat are set? Are they done automatically when you enter your goals or do you need to set them yourself? I'm talking about the % of each that will help you achieve your goals.
Thanks
Mick

By default they're done automatically based on the FDA guidelines (I believe). Bear in mind that FDA guidelines tend to leave you with much less protein than you need, and often times less fat then you need.0

They're set automatically. The defaults fit within the Acceptable Macronutrient Distribution Range--the range medical experts have found to minimize your chance of health complications.
Adjustment is possible if you have special needs besides general health and weight loss. E.g., endurance athletes often eat more carbs, whereas diabetic may aim to eat less.0 -
Thanks for both of those replies.
