My NSV today was taking a photo and finally not seeing myself as "chubby" or "lumpy". I saw this picture I took and saw a slender person. I haven't seen myself in this light for years. Even more importantly, I recognize myself again! That feels better than any number on the scale. 
Please excuse the size and fact that it's a mirror selfie. (I had not intended for anyone to see it originally).
