Hello. My name is Melissa B. I live in south Florida and I have always been curvy/quite overweight. While I wear it well for now (I am well proportioned) I know I won't for long! My fitness goals are long term and I would like to get down to about 140 and maintain that weight. That means I have my work cut out for me because at 178 I need to lose 38 lbs! Is it too fast to be wanting to reach this goal in 6 months? By the beginning of April I would like to be at my goal weight and at a point where I'm maintaining. I don't know, I've never gotten serious about losing weight until now so I'm new to this. Any tips would be greatly appreciated!

Mellissa! We can do this together! I'm so glad you joined! The hardest part is taking time to input recipes and being honest - for me. Good Luck and I'll help you in any way I can! Maybe we can train for a 5 K in FL and I'll travel down!0
