Small changes - MAKE BIG DIFFERENCES

3ib loss in 2 weeks and I can't complain.

Have stopped boozing during the week which is a major change I guess.

Upped the gym, metabolic workouts. Bodyweight strength training - Don't over do it on the cardio

When eating out, swap things like chips/fries for side of veggies and salad.

Treat yourself to a few drinks on a fri/Saturday but still make good food choices.

Follow the above principles and you can start getting there.
