In-Active for a 1 month and a week and Not gained any weight

Ok , so i've not been inactive for around a month and a half give or take a few weeks , i took a break due to a personal problem and for the first week i was eating right , then i started eating more and more crap , mc donalds KFC burger king frankie and bennys etc..

But i've not gained a pound , by the scales it saying ive lost half a pound LOL...

I do feel bigger though :S , But i think that might be physiological.

Anyone know why ive not gained any weight :S

I've been moderately active , like i walk about 3 or 4 times a week nothing as extreme as i was doing a month ago IE rowing 6 times a week and weight lifting.

:) Thanks for reading

I know a lot of people who live on junk and are not overweight at all. If you balance the calories and activites you probably won't gain weight.

But - hand on your heart: you do know it's not good for you...

That happens to me every time I fall off the wagon for a significant amount of time. You lose the muscle that you built while exercising and gain fat. Since muscle is denser, your weight falls, but your clothes will likely start to get tighter. Another couple weeks of this and your weight will start to show the fat gain.
