Hi,
For about the last month of my weight loss journey morning, afternoon and night I've been craving green olives.
Literally I wake up in the morning and crave olives.
The only thing I've done is increase my water intake so I'm thinking it may be the sodium content i'm craving but not sure?
Any ideas?

no idea what the craving means but I eat plenty of green olives, I find them really satisfying when I want a salty, flavourful snack.0

Every time I go on a hard core, low carb diet, I crave olives. The first time was in 2003 when I followed Dr. Bernstein's diabetes diet and I didn't even like olives. Pickles, sure, but not olives. I eat them by the dozen, with and without cream cheese, and it kills any desire I may have for something sweet. I don't understand it, but I do appreciate it.
Ooh, yeah, forgot to mention: it's not the salt that I like, that's for sure. In fact, sometimes I rinse them off to get rid of some of the salty taste. Also, for me, it's just the green olives.0
