Hi
I am fairly new to Fitness pal. I am after some friends so feel free to add me. Am trying to lose weight, I lost 4 and a half stone but have put a stone and a half back on. I used to be really fit and do loads of excersise when I was a teenager but when I stopped I piled on the weight. Am starting the c25k plan this week and got a fitbit one on order to track the steps and calories I burn. Had a total of 10 stone to lose, and still have a lot to go so hoping to find some like minded people to add for motivation and encouragement

Hi
fitbits are awesome and the intergration with MFP in calories is great, I used to have the one before I got the jawbone up.

Is the jawbone better cos have seen people talk about those too. Just added you0

The fitbit one will track the sets of stairs climbed too, I miss that bit because I do a lot of hiking and my partner's fitbit sometimes comes up with 120 flights of stairs and my jawbone just has the normal steps.
I think they are both as good as each other, I like the jawbone app better but they don't have a website dashboard like fitbit.
Also I did tend to forget to put my fitbit on when I was late for work and stopped tracking sleep.
Down to personal choice really0
