Last ditch effort…TDEE??

Ok, so I've been on this weight loss/gain roller coaster for too many years to count. I feel like I've done my research and still cannot find a balance. The only thing I haven't tried is TDEE. I have to say it scares me a bit to eat more to lose, however, it seems to work for some. Maybe I am that some?? I think I understand how it works, but am looking for like minded mentors. If you have had success with this method please feel free to add me as a friend ;)

I am increasing my calories today and hope for a loss on the scale soon!!
