I'm just wondering I lost a bunch of weight the first week because a lot of it was bloating. Now I am stuck. It's been week after week no change in the scale or tape measurer. I started putting half my exercise calories down in hopes it would help but no change. I eat over 1200 because of exercise more around 1400-1500 a day. I don't know why I'm stuck. I started a HIIT program too. I will keep at it. I log everything even if I binge. I binge about once a week over 1000 cal but I'm still down 3000 cal. A week.
What is a normal time frame for losing weight? Muscle is good and I am getting it but I am not changing, muscle is replacing the fat oz for oz inch for inch pound for pound, with no size difference. Maybe bloating still? Any one have any idea about this one?

First, we'll need to know your stats (height, weight, goal weight, etc).
Also, are you measuring and weighing everything that you eat? How are you measuring the workout calories that you burn? If you are not using a food scale or a heart rate monitor, it's likely that your measurements are off. I would suggest the food scale above the heart rate monitor, though.
Additionally, you are not eating enough. Most people trying to lose weight need more than 1200 calories a day.

Thanks 5 foot 3 inches. I think your right 1400-1500 with a HIIT workout and Dog walk for an hour might be low? I guess I am used to being young and not eating when I want to lose weight and losing 20lbs in a month. Now that I'm in my 30's I can't do that anymore. It causes wrinkels and major physcial problems later in life.
I have a food scale. I don't have a Heart band thingie I forget what they are called. FIT I guess. I could get one but I was obese as a kid and lost 120lbs with out all the fancy stuff so I'm kinda against spending $100 on it.
Maybe your right I just got the food scale and realized I was eating doubble the amount I thought at night. Ok time give it time. No obsesing crazy woman stuff.0
