Hi, I lost 22 lbs last year, but I gained 5 lbs again this year because I stopped going at the gym
I'm currently at 156 lbs and I'm 5' 5.
So I'm a little overweight, but not really obese I think..
Anyways, I bought this scale that measures your body composition by a small electric current, and it tells me I have 33% body fat, which falls into the morbidly obese category.
So am I obese or not? Could the scale have made a mistake?

Those scales are notoriously inaccurate and can give varied results for tons of different reasons (hydration level being a big one).
As for the question about you being obese, we don't have enough data to answer that.0
