On the food tracker it states you should drink 8 cups of water each day.....does anyone know how many ounces the "glass" tracker is calculating?

8 fluid ounces is one serving (or one "cup") of water.

Those throw-away water bottles are therefore 2 servings - so I just make sure I refill to have at least 4 of those a day! :)

It says 8 cups next to the glass. 1 cup=8 oz.

I admit, I was doing the SAME THING awhile back!! I just assumed the water bottles you buy would be a single serving, but nope! I was wondering why it was so hard to drink so much water :-P
  • Also you should be drinking half your body weight in ounces as well. I don't know how many people really know that.
